about

I started to write this song the day I received my McSpadden Dulcimer in the mail. I bought this dulcimer in honor of my mom Angelica who passed away a year ago Valentines' Day (2015)
I was thinking as I was picking the music how much she would have liked this instrument as this is the first instrument I play that she never got to hear. I only discovered the dulcimer a few months ago. It is a year today (February 14, 2015) that my mom passed away and I still miss her so much. I hope you like this song and can relate.
I used the dulcimer plugged into my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. The DAW I used was Logic Pro X. EZ Mix was used for the final mix. Studio Projects mic for vocals.
Thanks for listening.
I will be putting a live recording on You Tube if you would like to see it.
