A Simple Fate: Dulcimer and Native American Flute

by Maria Calfa-DePaul

/

about

This track started out with me improvising on my DAD dulcimer using a Capo on the 4th fret which would bring it to the Key of A or AEA Tuning of the dulcimer. This tuning works well with the F#m Native American Flute because F# minor is the enharmonic Minor of A Major.
After I recorded the dulcimer part I improvised over it using my Laughing Crow Native American Flute by Richard Maynard. Thanks so much for listening! God Bless and PEACE!!
